盖梁钢模板设计及受力分析
摘要:本文以嘉闵高架路南段JMN1-2标的盖梁最大单片模板尺寸(6.00*2.55m)为实例,利用MIDAS软件建模分析,按荷载最不利情况分别对定型钢模板的强度和刚度进行验算,得到定型钢模板的强度、刚度均满足设计和规范要求。

Abstract:This paper taking bent cap’s biggest single template size(6.00*2.55m) of Jiamin elevated southern section:JMN1-2 tenders as a living example. by using MIDAS software to modeling and analysis. And then we according to the most unfavorable conditions of stress to checking the strength and stiffness of steel formwork respectively. Finally, the results of the steel formwork’s strength and stiffness are all met with the design and specifications’ requirements.

1、设计概述
盖梁侧模参数:面板采用8mm钢板,横肋采用[10#槽钢,间距300mm,竖肋(背楞)采用双拼[18#槽钢,间距600mm。使用对拉螺杆,Φ30螺杆。构成一个完整的模板系统。盖梁模板最大尺寸为6.00*2.55m(长*高),使用MIDAS有限元软件对此模板最不利情况进行计算。
2、荷载计算
本标段盖梁现浇一步和二步最大高度为2.25m,本盖梁施工采用内部振捣施工,则混凝土对侧模板产生的压力为下面两公式最小值:
