摘 要
自改革开放以来,民营企业在国民经济中占据的地位越来越重要,已经成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。民营企业依靠其不同于国有企业的经营制度,使得民营经济得到蓬勃发展,成为中国经济新的动力。随着经济的发展,民营企业的问题也开始逐渐出现。自身规模小、资金缺乏、技术落后、人才不足等诸多问题严重限制民营企业的生产效率。特别是近两三年,伴随经济复苏,民营企业在发展之际,却出现了人才不足和招工困难等现象,是民营企业面临的又一个新的挑战,成为制约其发展速度和效率的新的瓶颈。民营企业要想获得持久长远发展,关键是要建立和实施激励制度,充分发挥人力资源,使员工的边际努力最大化。本文对民营企业员工激励机制进行研究分析,从民营企业员工激励机制存在问题出发,分析了当前民营企业在员工的激励机制方面存在着那些问题,然后提出解决这些问题的对策。

Abstract
Since reform and opening up, private enterprises occupy a position of more and more important in national economy. And it has become an important part of socialist market economy. As a new power China's economy ,Private enterprises relying on its different from the management system of
state-owned enterprises is booming. With the development of economy, the problems of private enterprise also start to gradually appear. These issues contain small scale、 lack of funds、 lag in technology、lack of talent and so on, and they seriously limits the production efficiency of the private enterprises. Especially for two or three years, private enterprises with the economic recovery in the development have emerged the phenomena such as lack of talent and recruitment difficulties, which become a new challenge that private enterprises are facing and a new bottleneck of restricting its development speed and efficiency. If private enterprises want to get a lasting development, the key is to establish and implement incentive system and to give full play to human resources to maximize the marginal efforts of employees. This paper which study and analyzes incentive mechanism and starts from the private enterprise employees incentive mechanism problem analyzes the problems of employees incentive mechanism which exists in the current private enterprises, and then it puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.
