摘要

唯物辩证法原理表明矛盾无处不在，无时不在，矛盾是推动学校组织发展的根本动力。充分认识到学校组织的诸多矛盾，才能在贯彻校长负责制时有针对性地解决矛盾，促进学校组织的健康发展。因此，小学学校在贯彻执行校长负责制的制度的同时，其他领导能否合理分工对学校的日常管理是学校能否调动教师的积极性，更是解决学校管理问题、深化学校管理问题改革的必由之路。

Abstract

Materialist dialectics principle that contradictions everywhere, at all times, contradiction is to promote school development basic power.
