试论机械加工表面质量及保护措施

摘要：零件的机械加工质量不仅指加工精度，而且包括加工表面质量。有很多因素影响工件表面质量，如何使工件的表面质量达到要求，如何减小各因素对工件表面质量的影响，就成为加工前必须考虑的问题，通过对影响机械加工表面质量的因素进行分析，并针对这些因素来提高工件表面质量的措施。

英文摘要：Machining quality not only refers to the processing precision, and including processing surface quality. There are many factors influence the surface quality, how to make the surface of the workpiece quality requirements, how to reduce the factors on the surface quality of the influence, become before processing must consider the question, the effect factors on the quality of the mechanical processing surface is analyzed, and in the light of these factors to improve the surface quality of the measures.
