claimed.However,theclaimisbasedontheprocedureofderivingthenuclearoperators,whichisnotaquantitativeargument.Inthiswork,wequantitativelyshowedthatVEFTdoesnothavethedependenceonmodellingthedetailsofshort-distancephysics.Thisisaconsequenceofviewingthesystemroughly,therebyignoringthedetailedstructureoftheshort-distancephysics.Itisnoted,therefore,adescriptionofasystembasedonNEFTisnotalwaysbetterthanthosebasedonphenomenologicalmodels.Inmanycases,theygiveessentiallythesamelow-energyobservablesbecausetheyareequivalentthroughtheRG.NEFTmayhavesuperiorityincaseswheredetailedinformationaboutmulti-pionexchangemechanismplayanimportantrole.
Finally,withNEFT,onecandescribeasystemmoree cientlyandsimply,comparedtothephenomenologicalmodels.Thee ciencyisduetotheperturbativecalculation,andthesimplicityisduetotheignoranceofthedetailsoftheshort-distancephysics.Tosummarize,weconsideredthenuclearforcefromtheviewpointoftheRG,andshowedthatthereexiststheequivalencerelationbetweenVEFTandVph.Wesimultane-ouslyshowedthatVEFTdoesnothavethemodeldependenceduetothedetailsoftheshort-distancephysics,andthatthesimplecontactinteractionsinVEFTaccuratelyde-scribetheshort-distancephysicsinacertainsmallmodelspace.Basedontheresult,wediscussedthenewfeaturesinNEFT.
