强度开始下降明显。比较不同厚度带材在相同时效工艺下的强化效果可以看出,加工率居中的0115mm厚的带材强化效果最好,加工率最大的011mm厚的带材的强化效果最差。所以,选择合适的加工
率对强化效果影响也非常明显。
热轧和冷轧制备的带材经合适的热处理工艺可以获得高强高导的性能。
21C70250铜合金最佳时效温度为390~410e,保温1~2h,可获最佳的强化效果。参考文献:
