摘 要

1600KN热压成型机液压系统主要包括动作循环控制和温度控制两方面内容。动作循环完成各液压升降,手动自动,计数计时等工作,一般采用PLC控制。温度控制由温控表或利用PLC的A/D完成,测温通常采用模拟量,控制输出采用低成本的开关通断方式。此次课题包括热压成型机的设计和电气控制系统的设计,热压成型机的设计包括主回路和加热部分的设计、控制回路的设计;电气部分包括控制面板的设计、触摸屏的设计、PLC梯形图等。

此次课题选择多电机拖动,多电机拖动指一台设备有多台电动机分别驱动各个工作机构。热压成型机的设计中,主电机M1通过轴流风机M2实现动作主机滑块的快速上升。主机的电阻丝采用星型接法,用于加热功能。星三角启动应用于正常运行时为角接的电机启动中,可以起到降低绕组电压和启动电流的作用,减小对电网的冲击。同时由于启动转矩比较小,所以可以保护电机等等的机械轴承。

为了装置的小型化,模块规格的高设计自由度,此次设计选择了松下的FP2。通过梯形图的设计,控制输入端子X、输出端子Y和内部继电器R,实现课题所要求的动作循环。如:通过自锁、互锁等程序完成热压成型机电气控制系统的自动控制和手动控制。通过设定梯形图中的时间继电器来实现保压时间。
