钾和磷对其它元素测定的影响

钾和磷是大豆样品中的主量元素。本研究考察了钾和磷对其他微量元素测定的影响。分别配置了含0.1,0.5和1.0 L-1钾和磷并含有其它微量元素的合成样品,AI,Ba,Ca,mg
Cd,Fe,Mg,Ni,Pb,Zn,Co,Cu,Li,Mn和Ti的测定结果均在5%范围内,这说明K和P的存在对其他元素的测定没有影响。2.4

次量和微量元素的分析结果给在11种东北大豆中主量、
表3中,小麦标准物质(GBW08503)的测定结果也列在表中以作比较。小麦标准参考物质的分析结果与推荐值相吻合,说明本工作所采用的样品消解方法是可靠的。
结果表明,不同品种的大豆中的主量元素K,Ca,P,Mg,(Na除外)含量没有显著差异,而不同样品中的微量元素Zn
如Ba,Ti,Ni等则差别较大,这可能是由于大豆种植环境条件的差异所造成的。
