结缔组织生长因子在大鼠移植心脏急性排斥反应

目的:检测结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)在大鼠移植心脏急性排斥期(acute rejection,AR)的表达,并探讨其与移植心脏心肌纤维化的关系。方法:取Wister大鼠16只作为供体,取SD大鼠16只作为受体,进行腹部异位心脏移植,采用10 mg/(kg.d)环孢霉素A,40 mg/(kg.d)骁悉和3 mg/(kg.d)甲泼尼龙三联免疫抑制疗法,2周后取其中10例移植心脏标本作为实验组
