4．课堂提问应兼顾各种层次的学生

课堂提问应该坚持全面发展与因材施教相结合的原则。往往有些教师为了课堂省力，只提问一些尖子生，好学生，从表面看起来，难题一个一个被攻破，课堂一片花团锦簇，热闹非凡。其实，参与课堂的只是极少数好学生，而大多数的学生完全处于被动地位，在飘飘然、昏昏然、迷迷糊糊中过日子。这种现象尤其是在一些薄弱校比较常见。时间长了，差生就会认为举手也有专利，以后即使碰到会的问题，他们也无动于衷，仿佛局外人。在这样的课堂中，教学中存在的问题无法被发现，更无从得到解决，长此以往，不利于学生思维能力的发展和提高。而对后进生来说，则严重挫伤了他们学习的积极性。要使课
