联想笔记本电脑高校市场营销战略研究
摘要 在笔记本电脑需求飞速发展的今天,高校市场在整个笔记本电脑市场中的地位越来越重要。联想作为国内最大的笔记本厂商,急需针对高校市场制定合适的市场营销战略。本文以市场营销学为理论基础,通过对高校消费者进行生活方式和笔记本产品属性偏好等方面的市场调查,把高校笔记本市场从生活方式的角度进行市场细分,并分析各细分市场在笔记本产品属性评估上的差异,为联想笔记本电脑进行合适的目标市场选择和定位,并对各细分市场提出差异化营销组合策略的建议。主要工作如下: 首先,本文通过市场调查获取数据,以AIO生活方式变量作为集群划分的基础,通过主成份分析法和K-means聚类,将高校笔记本市场从生活方式的角度细分为社交导向型消费者市场、经济导向型消费者市场、自我导向型消费者市场和时尚导向型消费者市场; 接着,本文研究了按生活方式划分的各高校消费者集群在产品属性评估上的差异,从而得出各细分市场的特征,为营销战略的制定提供支持; 最后,根据各高校细分市场消费者的生活方式上的特点和产品偏好,实施差异化战略,在各细分市场给联想笔记本提出市场营销组合策略方面的建议。关键词:联想笔记本电脑,高校市场,营销战略,市场细分,消费者生活方式RESEARCH oN MARKETING STRATEGY oF LENoVo NoTEBooK IN C OLLEGE MARK.ET ABSTRACT As the demand of notel)ook is developing泖idlM the mar
