摘 要

随着社会经济环境的日益复杂，我国市场经济的不断发展，证券市场的不断完善，对于社会运行微观主体之一的公司来说，为谋求其生存与发展，公司的财务管理显得越来越重要。公司需要以其财务报表及其他有关资料为依据，运用科学合理的方法，对企业的财务情况进行系统化分析，即进行公司的财务分析。关于公司财务分析方面，自从社会出现证券交易开始，投资者就要进行上市公司的财务分析，并已形成相对系统性的理论.因此，在投资决策前进行财务分析为其提供实践性的指导具有重要的意义。

本文首先对论文的写作背景及参考文献进行阐述，然后介绍了财务分析的主要内容及方法，并以三全食品上市公司为例进行了详细的财务分析，引用了大量的数据论证，并对其财务存在的问题予以说明并提出改进的意见，希望能对三全食品上市公司的进一步发展提供一点有价值的参考。

Abstract

Along with the socio-economy environment, our country's uninterrupted development of market economy and financial market, regarding micro-societies present in many companies, financial management is becoming more and more important. Companies need to store and statistically analyze it's financial statements and other relevant materials on the daily basis using scientific and logical methods measuring enterprise's financial situation, like a systematic analysis, i.e., the financial analysis of the company. Regarding financial analysis, since the beginning of stocks and bonds (ceritificates) business, investors started to analyze financial affairs of listed companies, and thus, they've formed a relatively systematic theory. Therefore, before decision-making investment, the financial analysis provide practical guidance and has a vital significance.

This document firstly states a thesis and references to the literature of relevant documents used duirng analysis, and later introduces the financial analysis, the main contents and methods used in it. Let a SanQuan FOODS (listed) company's detailed financial analysis serve as an example. This example demonstrates a large amount of data, financial problems and puts forward the ideas of improvements, which should be applied. We hope the example of SanQuan FOODS financial analysis will provide some valuable reference.
