Injection molding design of Low voltage wiring seat

ABSTRACT

Low voltage wiring seat is a important part of the collection modeling of sculpt and structure function in the low voltage plug. It has certain batch production. The topic of the graduation design is injecting molding design of the low voltage writing seat. Considered models has the coordinate request with between the low voltage plug body and the internal primary device, the partial size accuracy of plastic part is required to be high. Because the contour of the plastic part is complex, unifies the mold structural design to be reasonable, the dependable quality, the ease of operation, may use a mold with two cavity and the single minute profile mold structures. To cause the processing to be convenient, the structure of the die space and the core both uses combined mode, and with carrying on the intensity and the rigidity examination in the design to the die space sidewall and the support plate. Plastic material POM, is a fine performance thermoplastic engineering plastic, its performance is not inferior to the nylon, but the price is actually more inexpensive than the nylon .The shortcoming of POM is large molding shrinkage, so in the mold design, people must pay attention to the running channel resistance to be small, attention plasticizing temperature and mold temperature control. The mould and dynamic model is both composed of two template, the throughout lever promotes the plastic. The gating system uses the ambush type runner; therefore models can be possible to be automatically turned off from gating system. Choosing POM as plastics materials, what needs to be paid attention to, the models contact the plastic parts selects anti-corrosive steel PCR.
