在青少年中加强中华优秀传统文化教育研究

摘 要

胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中强调，“文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉、越来越成为综合国力竞争的重要因素，必须坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向，激发全民族文化创造活力，提高国家文化软实力，使人民基本文化权益得到更好保障。”为此，我们要进一步强调建设和谐文化，培育文明风尚。这是我们党在构建社会主义和谐社会背景下，做出的正确决策。和谐社会发展需要更多的城市和谐社区建设，而在城市的发展过程中，以社区为依托的城市和谐社区文化建设是城市精神文明建设的一个重要方面，它在丰富社区人的精神生活，维系社区内良好的人际关系，提高城市社区文化品位等方面起着重要作用。

和谐是中国传统文化的精髓，是文化发展的本质目标，探究城市和谐社区文化的建设具有重大意义和导向作用。城市和谐社区文化正是在坚持社会主义核心价值体系的引领下，沿着和谐思想的路径，不断走向和谐与发展的一种全新的社区文化形态。本文首先在探析城市和谐社区文化构成要素、特征及功能的基础上，通过开展关于城市和谐社区文化的问卷调查，分析了社区文化建设中存在的不和谐因素及问题的关键所在，探讨了城市和谐社区文化的内涵，即在构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下，社会城市中形成的社区在不断发展的过程中形成的以和谐为思想内核和价值取向，以倡导、传播、实施、奉行和谐理念为主要内容，融思想观念、理想信仰、社区风尚、行为规范、制度体制于一体的一种城市社区文化形态。同时提出了构建城市和谐社区文化的建设理念及原则，并试图提出了构建城市和谐社区文化建设的新机制。在城市和谐社区文化新机制建设方面，本文尝试建立了一套城市和谐社区文化的指标评价体系，这为有助于增强城市和谐社区文化建设，加快促进城市和谐社区文化建设的步伐，以此希冀提高城市和谐社区文化建设和谐程度的实践性和可操作性作了前期探索性的研究。

Abstract

Hu jintao stressed the need to enhance Chinese culture as the country's "soft power" in his keynote speech to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. "Culture has become a more and more important source of national cohesion and creativity and a factor of growing significance in the competition in overall national strength. We should hold on the right direction of social democracy advanced culture, inspire the whole national creativity energy, and improve soft power of country culture." Hu said. He also stressed we should construct harmonious culture and cultivate civilization fashion. It is CPC which made the right decision on the background of constructing harmonious society. In the process of city development, the community culture taken community as to rely on is an important aspect in a city spiritual civilization construction, which plays an important role in enriching the community persons’ spiritual life, supporting a good social interaction inside the community、the same neighborhood relation, and raising community culture.

Harmony is the essence of Chinese traditional culture, is an essential target of cultural development. While under the background of harmonizing the society and city, the construction which investigates the harmonious community culture of the city has great significance and direction function .Urban harmonious community culture just persists in socialism core merit system’s leading, along the way of harmonious ideology, and tends towards harmony and development. Urban harmonious community culture is defined as, ―on the background of constructing socialism harmonious society, in the process of the community’s perpetual development in the city, a new urban community culture configuration comes into being, which takes harmony as core ideology and merit tropism, and sparkpluging，diffusing，implementing and pursuing harmonious thought as key content, and melted ideology、ideal belief、community fashion、behavior criterion、community system with one body. This text passes to open an exhibition culture concerning the community of questionnaire and on—the—spot interview, acquire first—hand data about the present condition of community culture construction, and combines the research of other city community culture , analyzes community culture

construction in existence out of harmonious factors and the key place with problem , so as to explore the way to city diapason community culture .The way includes :constructing the belief of city diapason community culture and exploring the mechanism about city diapason community culture construction. In the aspect of exploring the mechanism about city diapason community culture construction, the paper attempt to construct an evaluating index system of city diapason community culture, which contributes to the practice and maneuverability of urban harmonious community culture construction, so as to speed up urban harmonious community culture construction and heighten its harmony degree.
