随着计算机网络技术的迅猛发展，各种行业纷纷运用网络技术进行操作和管理，以改善自己的工作环境和工作效率，进而提高自己在行业内的竞争力。银行系统也不例外，各种网上银行，金融服务网站应有尽有。

目前银行贷款的审批流程大多还处于手工审批阶段，这既浪费时间、又浪费人力物力，还难于保存数据和文档。由于人工处理过程太多，数据出错的几率很高，而且数据存在不安全性。为了弥补这些缺点，我们设计了银行贷款审批流程管理系统。

银行贷款审批流程管理系统集成了计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术。在设计时系统的开发采用了B/S模式，应用XML,XSL,ASP以及VB, COM+, ActiveX和DELPHI等技术，以及国际上先进的工作流技术。除了不能通过它进行直接的现金处理，其它的银行贷款业务都可以由贷款审批流程系统实现。本系统减少了许多不必要的人工处理数据的过程，使工作人员通过网络只在自己的工作职责内进行操作，这大大减轻银行工作人员的工作负担,提高了银行贷款业务的效率和贷款流程的安全性，为银行客户提供更满意的服务，从而提高了银行的竞争力。
