湿法脱硫吸收塔浆液起泡的影响因素(4)

在石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺中普遍存在吸收塔浆液起泡现象,影响了脱硫系统的稳定运行.根据吸收塔浆液泡沫的生成机理,分析了可能引起吸收塔起泡的原因,并对某电厂脱硫装置进行了长期跟踪试验,找出了引起吸收塔浆液起泡的影响因素,并提出了相应的应对措施.
