In the business environment with faster globalization in 21st century, the Chinese market has become the most active market in the world, and brings opportunity to the soar of Chinese IT service providers, and also opportunities to the soar of PCITC. Our staff members are mostly compound talents, which possess combined knowledge on IT technology and process technology, well versed in industry-specific expertise. 石化盈科成立于2002年，是由中国石油化工股份有限公司和电讯盈科有限公司共同出资成立的合资公司，注册资本5000万元。总部设在北京，上海、深圳、西安、太原、银川等地设有分支机构。公司拥有一支600多人的员工队伍，各类专家及技术人才500余名。

The Petro-CyberWorks Information Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as PCITC) is an leading IT service provider in the Chinese process industry.

The PCITC, founded in 2002, is a joint venture with registered capital of 50 million Yuan contributed by both SINOPEC and PCCW. The headquarters is located in Beijing, and has its branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Taiyuan and Yinchuan. The company has a workforce of more than 600 employees, including about 500 experts and technical talents.

PCITC offers overall solution and services for informationi-zation construction in process enterprises. We offer IT system planning, consultancy and supervision; ERP system, data warehousing, e-commerce, and enterprise portal; MES system, production and operation command system, and supply chain optimization; production process advanced control, flow simulation, laboratory information management, and real-time database; IT infrastructure, weak current project, network communication, satellite communication, data center, information security and basic application service.

PCITC builds its support center of operation and maintenance oriented to wider market with its mature and leading technology level, international exquisite operation experience
