What life means to me ?

“I haven’t seen you these days.It seems as if you were always engaged with the debate things.”my friends ,more often than not,complained about not seeing me in the course of the new term.

“It is my duty and responsibilities to take part in various kinds of debate competitions for the sake of the honor of my debate team.”With bitterness and somewhat proud,I attempted to make my friends understand my situation. If asked whether I was regretful for my joining in the debate team,where I had to spend less time accompanying my friends or focusing on my study,I will claim that I gain a lot from the experience and the answer to it will always be no.Busy as I was during the time preparing for the activities,I enjoyed intensely at that time,from which I came to know what life means to me.

The time when we were born in this world,we are endowed with the bravery and ambition to overcome a variety of difficulties as well as indifference.Nevertheless,with failures coming one from another,giving up ends some individuals.As a result,the meaning of life gradually fades away. This is life! If asked what life means to me in my childhood,I would definitely reply you with the word that life means that I can eat a lot of candies as well as enjoy considerable humorous cartoons.With days stretching out,I gradually find that life is filled with obstacles as well as difficulties,due to which,sometimes I will feel frustrated or upset,not knowing how to deal with them.Such feelings expanded when I first came into Zhaoqing university.The pressure of study and the darkness of my future suffocated me.What life means to me?I asked that question over and over again,but the answer was just like a stone,drowning into the hopeless sea.

However,things were getting changed when I joined in the debate team,where I discovered the meaning of life and how to pursue my happiness.Fatigue did exist when I was occupied with the debate

competitions;however,I found that life is just like debate:you can prepare for anything that you are expected for,but things can go wrong in an unexpected way.Just as what the lines in a famous movie say,life is like a box of chocolate,and you’ll never know what’s inside until you open it..I came to know that life is full of challenges.When faced with them,we should never be timid,but to tackle them with bravery.When making preparations for the debate competition,I was always seized with nervousness;nevertheless,thinking that I should make it through my attempt,I made every effort to do with the obstacles,thus leading to a great number of good results.

What life means to me?Now I can answer you with the words that life means I should deal with lots of difficulties by myself;life means I should not complain about anything but to face them;life means I should make preparations for the future things as well as try to handle the things unknown.Life is so colorful;why not go happily with it?
