摘要

项目管理是一种现代化管理方式，随着建设和管理项目的日益增多，项目管理的理论与应用也已在国内广泛展开。作为项目的最高责任人和组织者的项目经理，是决定项目成功完成的关键角色；项目管理团队是项目组织和管理系统不可缺少的重要因素，搞好团队建设也成为项目经理的一项至关重要工作。在一个工程项目的管理过程中，人的因素占有越来越重要的地位，一个没有效率的团队组织有可能会影响到整个工程项目的进展程度。所以，整个团队的建设和管理就更加重要起来，只有建设健康发展、团结配合的团队集体，才能创造出更加高效的价值。

本文在项目管理的背景下，进行了武汉美联信公司项目团队建设研究，来寻求解决项目团队建设问题的有效措施，希望较全面地分析企业项目团队建设内容，通过对项目团队科学的管理，确保项目目标顺利实现。在具体研究项目团队建设的问题上，本文运用现代管理学理论、项目管理理论、人力资源管理理论，从实践上升到理论，用理论去分析、解决实际问题，然后指导实践。文中对项目团队进行了概述，介绍了项目团队的建设过程，具体阐述了项目团队建设的目标和原则，以及项目团队建设的流程，论述了武汉美联信公司应在项目团队建设的内容，并对项目团队建设中产生的问题加以说明，提出了针对武汉美联信公司项目团队建设中产生问题的对策，进而对企业和项目团队建设提供有益帮助。
