Abstract:Nickel2basedsolidlubricationcoatingscontainingMoS2coatedwithnickelwereproducedonthesteelsubstratewithHighVelocityOxygenFuelspraying.ThelubricantwasMoS2coatedwithnickel,thebasematerialofcoatingwasNi60.TheinfluenceofMoS2onmicrostructures,mechanicalandtribologicalprofcoatingwasstudied.SEMwasemployedtoanalyzethemorphologiesofcoatings.effectsonandwearbe2haviorsofcoatingwerestudied.Theresultsshowthatthebetterself2lubricationperformancedespitemechanicalpropertiesofNi60/MoS2coatingwasindependentontheload.Withthethelowered.ThemainwearmechanismofNi60coatingwasadhesiveN2reducedtheadhesivewearduetoexistenceofMoS2.
