Topic: The bird, the cat and the dog Period: the 1st period Task: Retell the whole story.

Background study and material analyze :

每班学生为30人左右,小部分学生有一定的英语基础,学习英语时间较长。大部分学生还是从一年级起步的,学习时间只有三年多, 逐步养成了听说读写的习惯。本堂课新授的是教材 4BM3U1 Story的内容。在本节课之前,学生已对因此他们对于书本呈现的这些语法内容(现在进行时,介词结构的用法)都能掌握,在此基础上进行延伸,来展开故事的教学。本课时以学生实际情况出发,喜欢听故事的特点为载体,适当地把故事情节拓展开来,让故事多变的情节能为学生的语言学习创造了各种不同的语言发展空间;让学生能用丰富的表情和肢体语言,能感知各个动物心情的变化。利用故事将所有教学内容整合,并贯穿起来,以给人一种整体的感受,让学生们自由地充分发挥,从而提高学生的表达能力,树立学习的自信心,为以后的故事教学打好基础。 Learning Objectives:
