3TheNewRe nementHeuristicswithQualityBalancingInthissection,weexplainthemainideasofloadandmemorybalancingfortheparallelenvelopemethod.Atthebeginning,itmustbedecidedwhichqualitywillbebalanced:thecomputationalloadorthememorycomplexity.Thenthepartitioningisstarted.Toestimatethequality,thepartitionermusthavetheinformationaboutthestructureofthematrixA.SincethedualgraphGDdoesnotsu ce,thepartitionermusthaveatdisposalalsotheweightednodalgraphGN,inwhicheachvertexislabelledwiththenumberofDOFsofthenode.WepartitionGDandprojectthepartitioningofGDtoGNtoestimatethequality.So,thepartitionerneedsalsotheinformationabouttherelationbetweenGDandGN.
