一、Project Overview工程概况

This project is Linde Huayi(Chongqing) Gases Co., Ltd 1 Billion Nm3/year Syngas CO/H2 project,

located in Chongqing(Changshou) Chemical Industry Park, and the main work contains substation、office、parts stock、compression unit 、power absorption unit、washing unit、raw material gas compressor unit 、high temperature shift unit etc..

本项目为林德化医（重庆）气体有限公司10 亿Nm3/年合成气制备CO/H2 项目，位于重庆（长寿）化工园区内， 其中主体工作包括变电所、办公楼、备件仓库、压缩单元、变电吸附单元、洗涤单元、原料气压缩单元、高温变换单元等。

This project covers complex building, spare parts store, substation works; the complex building and

substation are of concrete framework structure and with three floors, building height of complex building is 11.5m, the height of substation is 13.8m, spare parts store is made of reinforced concrete posts and light steel frame, single floor, the height of floor is 6.3m. Because the construction room is very narrow: adjacent to the works there is no available site space, only narrow and long zone can be used as temporary material transfer site, the difficulty during construction will be great. In order to ensure the construction safety、quality、 high efficiency and especially the preparation of the scheme.

本工程房建项目包括综合楼、备件仓库和变电所工程，综合楼和变电所均为结构为混凝土框架结构，层数为三层，综合楼建筑高度为11.5m，变电所建筑高度为13.8m，备件仓库为钢筋混凝土柱，轻钢屋顶，单层，层高为6.3m。因施工场地狭小：工程邻近无可利用的场地，可供利用的场地很少，仅狭小的区域能利用作为临时中转材料的场地，故在施工中的困难较大。为保证施工安全、优质、高效完成，特编制本方案。

Technical principle技术准备

The organization construction and technical personnel shall familiar with the drawings, construction

technology and technical standard; understand the design requirements to meet the technical standards, clear process.

组织施工技术人员熟悉图纸、施工工艺及有关技术规范，了解设计要求达到的技术标准、明确工艺流程。

The <<construction scheme>> which be prepared and approved shall be counted as the operation

instruction; Introduce the technology to constructor.

将编制好且通过审批的《施工方案》，向人员进行技术交底、组织人员学习。

Introduce the safety technique to workers; make full preparations for the security technology.

对施工人员进行安全技术交底，做好充分的安全技术准备工作。

Know the current situation of construction site. Setting out according to requirement and inspect the complex line.

了解施工现场的现状。根据要求放线，并经检查复线。

Because of complex building, substation construction personnel and equipment on the basis of cross operation, engineering construction should include safety as a focus of the work, at the construction site

range, according to the relevant provisions of the safe and civilized construction erection of temporary safety fence, hanging safety warning signs.
