Step 1 Review 第一步 复习 (时间:5分钟)
1. 复习Unit 1的内容。
(1)T: Boys and girls, let’s discuss something about the 2008 Olympics, OK? Ss: OK.
T: I want to ask you some questions, If you can answer, hands up, please. If your answer is right, I will sign a smiling face for you on the blackboard; If your answer is wrong, I won’t sign it, but let’s say “Work on”together. Clear? Ss: Yes!
T: What’s the motto of the 2008 Olympic Games?
S1: Faster, higher, stronger.
T: Good! (Draw a smiling face on the blackboard.) Then what’s the symbol of the Olympic Games? S2: Olympic rings.
T: What’s the color of the rings? S3: ...
T: What do the five rings of the 2008 Olympics stand for? S4: ...
T: What do the mascots of the 2008 Olympics stand for? S5: ...

T: Well, act out the dialog in pairs by using the key words on the blackboard.Go ! (观察学生操练情况,可到学生当中适时给予帮助。)
(2)T: Who is going to come here to act the dialog out? Very good, you two, please. (学生表演对话活动。)
Step 4 Practice 第四步 练习 (时间:12分钟)
1. T: I’m pleased with your dialogs, I’m sure you can do better next time. Let’s play a game, OK?
The game is“Who is the best doctor?”.
(给学生创设一种游戏的情景,制造一种宽松融洽的学习氛围,以激发学生的学习兴趣。) T: I’ll show some cards to you, there are some key words on each card, then suppose you are a doctor, and I’m a patient, please give me some good advice. (卡片要把1b、2、3a和4的内容汇入其中。)
(教师在制作卡片时,要用不同颜色的水彩笔写,以激发学生的兴趣。具体游戏规则是教师 出示第一组卡片中的任意一张,让学生用书上的句型来问答并提醒学生用卡片上的提示语给予建议,回答正确给予笑脸奖励。然后逐一出示另外三张卡片让学生抢答,不需要举手,以先站起来的为准,答过的学生可以重复答,这样就可以选出the best doctor。)
