ABSTRACT

With the fast development of computer and Internet, nowadays most companies use OA and ERP to manage their companies’ resources and daily business ,which has essentially improved the quality and efficiency of companies’ management. Now, most systems of OA and ERP both are perfect. However, for some small companies, on the one hand, some functions of those systems may not be used. On the other hand, those small companies can’t afford the expensive OA and ERP systems.

This work daily management system aims to medium and small companies’ work management systems, whose functions are to manage staffs’ daily work, to assign tasks and conduct some simple personnel management. By using this system, the company’s manager or leader can assign tasks to their staffs through Internet, meanwhile, staffs can discuss with each other, record daily work on the Internet and evaluate the work of this week or month. What is more, staffs can also evaluate themselves and their work, Enterprise employees may also conduct basic personnel information inquiries and management. The first layer is the user interface, which works by browser; Application logic service is the second. Data link layer, as a system for the data access service is third one. As we all known the B/S model simplify software maintenance and upgrading requirements. This paper not only introduces the system environment and operation platform, but else the database system which is from Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
