与日常维修有关的警告

注释

CNC靠电池来保存存储器的数据,即使在无外部电源供应的情况下也

必须保存诸如程序、偏置量、参数等数据。

当电池的电压下降时,机床操作面板上或画面上会显示电池电压下降报警。

当电池电压下降的报警显示后,应在一周内更换电池。若不更换电池,CNC存储器中的数据将会丢失。 注释

绝对脉冲编码器靠电池来保存绝对位置的数据。

当电池的电压下降时,机床操作面板上或画面上会显示出绝对脉冲编码器的电池电压下降报警。

当电池电压下降的报警显示后,应在一周内更换电池。若不更换电池,绝对脉冲编码器内部的绝对位置数据将会丢失。
