打电话人常用语：Hello!May I speak to 某人？请找某人

接电话人：肯定答语—Yes, speaking.

Hello,this is Mary (speaking).( 注意：不能用I’m Mary.)

Who’s that speaking?你是谁？ Is that John speaking?你是琼？

Hold on please. 请稍等 Sorry, he isn’t here right now. 他不在这儿。

打电话人: Could you please take a message?
