1. 问候

Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening. Hello. Hi.

Nice to meet you.——Nice/Glad to meet you,too.

How are you?（你身体好吗？）——Fine,thank you. And you?

或者Very well, thank you.

How’s it going? （情况怎么样？）——Pretty good.

2. 介绍

This is Mr Zhang. 这位是张先生。Miss小姐 Mrs太太，夫人 Ms 女士

How do you do?(你好) ——How do you do?

3. 告别 （双方相互带别时的常用语）

Goodbye! Bye-bye! Bye! See you later/tomorrow. ——See you.

4. 感谢和应答

感谢某人：Thank you. Thanks a lot. Thanks for your help.

It’s very nice/kind of you. Thanks you all the same.仍然谢谢你

回答感谢的答语： You’re welcome.（不用谢）

That’s OK./That’s all right. It’s a pleasure.

5. 道歉

当要麻烦某人： Excuse me.

当做错某事事： Sorry. I’m sorry.

回答道歉时的答语： It doesn’t matter.没关系。 Never mind.不要紧。

6. 祝愿、祝贺和应答

Have a good time! /Enjoy yourself!祝你玩得愉快 Good luck!祝你好运

Happy birthday! Happy New Year. Merry Christmas!圣诞节快乐

应答： Thank you. You,too. The same to you.

7. 购物

营业员：Can I help you?=What can I do for you?你要点什么？

顾客：肯定答语：Yes,please. I want /I’d like 否定答语： No,thanks.

营业员： How many /much do you want? 你想要多少？

What color do you want? 你想要什么颜色？ What size /kind do you want?

What about this one?这件怎么样？

顾客： It’s a little expensive/dear. Do you have a cheaper one?

May I try it/them on? 我可以试穿吗？

顾客问价钱： How much is it? How much are they?

顾客做出决定： That’s fine, I’ll take it/them.

8. 问路

问路用语：Excuse me,is there a bank near here?

——Yes, there is. It’s on Center Street. No, there isn’t.

Excuse me, where is the post office?

Excuse me, do you know where I can buy stamps?

Could you please tell me how to get to the post office?

应答： Sorry, I don’t know. I’m new here.

问路： How far is it? How can we/I get there? How long does it take

Which bus shall I take? Can I take a bus?
