Abstract

Withthedevelopmentofswitchingmodepowersupply,allkindsofpowerelectronicequipmentsarewidelyappliedtoindustrial,commercialandmilitaryfields,buttheproblemoftheelectromagneticinterference(EMDofswitchingmodepowersupplyincreasesseriously.Theelectromagneticenvironmentpollutioncausesharmtoelectricalandelectronicsystem,itisimperativethatweakeninganddefeatingtheEMIofswitchingmodepowersupply.Thepaperintroducestheresearchfieldsandthecurrentresearchresultsoftheelectromagneticinterference,andthensummarizesthedomesticandoverseasresearchstatusofPCBlayoutandEMIfilterdesign.

Inthispaper,themaincontentincludesthefollowingaspects:

Firstly,theinductivecouplingsbetweentheEMIfilterandthemaincircuitareanalyzed,thelayoutofPCBcomponentshowtoinfluencetheelectromagneticinterferenceisstudiedthroughchangingthedistancebetweenthefilterandthemaincircuitandbothrelativeposition.

Secondly,thepaperbuildsupthemodelsofcommon-mode(CM)electromagneticinterferencesuchaSBoostandBuckcircuits.ItalsoanalyzestheshieldingmechanismofthepowergroundonCMEMI.FromtheperspectiveofminishingtheparasiticCMcapacitancedistributedbetweenearthandthecorrespondingdynamiccircuitnode,thepowergroundhowtoinfluenceCMEMIisevaluatedquantitatively.ItprovidestheoreticalguidanceforrestrainingtheCMEMIofswitchingmodepowersupply.

Thirdly,theEMIfiltersimulationplatformisdesigned.TheresultshowsthatthesimulationplatformhaSanimportantmeaningfordesigningtheEMIfilterthroughcomparingthesimulationtothetest.ItCallaSsistengineerstodesigntheEMIfilter.Keywords:Electromagneticinterference;LayoutofPCBcomponents;Designofpowerground;EMIfiltersimulationplatform
