Abstract

With the speedy development of the electroplating enterprise in our country, electroplating

industry, as one of the biggest pollutions in the world,causes the pollution more and more severely. For the rapidly developing China,the electroplating wastewater also become the primary processing object. This paper first describes the present pollution situation of the elecmtroplating wastewater in China, as well as the harm to humans and methods of treatment.. After analysing and comparing all kinds of methods of the electroplating’s universal treatment, then combined with the actual conditions and processing requirements of a electroplating factory in City, besides, this article also describe how to take the alkaline oxidation method to treat wastewater contained cyanide and how to deal with the wastewater which contains chromium and heavy metal by adjusting the PH . As to the electrophoretic paint wastewater and a small part of domestic sewage, Which adopt the biological contact oxidation method to process,and then the final standard filter sterilized water can discharge into the nearby river.
