【摘要】

初步分析了当前业务公司管理方面存在的问题，联系实际情况设计实现了

一个以控制物流为主的管理软件。该系统实现了部分ERP的功能，尽力做到降低

实施成本，减少实施风险 ，加快实施进度 ，增加投资回报。

企业的进销存管理往往是很复杂，繁琐的，由于掌握的物资种类众多，订货，

管理，发放的渠道各有差异，各个企业之间的管理体制不尽相同，各类统计计划

报表繁多，因此物资管理必须实现计算机化，而且必须根据企业的具体情况制定

便提高工作效率。

根据当前的企业管理体制，一般商品的进销存管理系统总是根据所掌握的物

资类别，相应分成几个科室进行物资的计划，订货，核对入库，根据企业各个部

门的需要来发送物资设备，并随时近期进行库存盘点，作帐，根据企业领导和自

身管理的需要进行统计分析，产生相应报表，为了加强关键物资，设备的管理，

要定期掌握其储备消耗情况，根据计划定额和实际消耗定额的比较，进行定额管

理。所以一个完整的企业进销存管理系统应包括基本信息管理，库存管理，系统

管理，查询管理，商品管理，往来管理等到模块。

使用jsp及sql server2005作为开发工具，利用面向对象的结构和自上而

下的程序设计方法，基本实现了仓库的日常管理和进货出货的查询。

Abstract:

primarily. This system has realized the part ERP function, achieves with

every effort reduces the implementation cost, reduces the

implementation risk, speeds up the implementation progress, increases

the investment repayment.

The enterprise enters sells saves the management often is very

complex, tedious, because grasps the commodity type is numerous,

ordering, the management, provides the channel has the difference

respectively, between each enterprise's management system is different,

each kind of statistical plan report form is many, therefore the goods

and material handling must realize computerizes, moreover must then

raise the working efficiency according to enterprise's special details

formulation.

According to the current business management system, the commodity

enters generally sells saves the commodity category which the

management system management system always acts according to grasps,

divides into several administrative offices to carry on the commodity

correspondingly the plan, ordering, the checkup warehousing, needs to

transmit the commodity equipment according to enterprise each

department, and momentarily in the near future will carry on stock

inventorying, will make the account, needs to carry on the statistical

analysis according to the head of undertaking and own management, will

produce the corresponding report form, to strengthen the essential
