This design uses skillfully the level breeze choosing machine to separate the plastics and the paper in the garbage, which makes it that taking the paper from the plastic becomes possibility and solves the past difficult that can’t disjunctive the paper and the plastic. Moreover, this design still discussed the foreground, necessity of the handles of the city life garbage and the way that the societies must be taken such as the related law be established.

Generally speaking , this design do not only have the accurate engineering design calculation but also include some original viewpoint that some appropriate environmental protection measure and parts of garbage handles process. Especially there is a good idea that the level breeze choosing machine is put the early class so that its has latter handle to succeed to be possibility to disject the paper and the plastic.
