2003/10/CE欧洲标准的噪声水平

Noise at Work Directive 2003/10/EC is officially known as the "Directive 2003/10/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 February 2003 on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (noise)".

The daily noise exposure level (Lex,8h) is the average noise exposure level for a nominal 8-hour

working day as defined by ISO 1999 and the peak sound pressure (LC,peak) is the maximum value of the 'C'-frequency weighted instantaneous noise pressure

2003/10/EC操作标准中的噪声被官方认为是欧洲议会和委员会关于物理因素（噪声）造成工人危害的最低健康和安全要求的2003/10/EC标准。

日噪声接触水平（Lex 8小时）是ISO 1999定义的每8个小时工作日的平均噪声接触水平，峰值噪声压力（LC,峰值）是“C”频率测量到的暂态噪声压力的最大值。

For the average noise exposure level calculation (Lex, 8h) of a poles circuit breaker, we suppose that the circuit breaker makes an operation (CLOSING – OPENING + REARMED) once in 8 hours. That means 3 operations per day and so 10 000 operations in 9 years (M2 conditions for the IUC 62271-100 §3.4.117).

According to §5.1 of DIN 45635, 5dB have to be added to previous results to get noise level on a

complete 3 poles circuit-breaker :

We suppose the each single pole make the same noise level (Lp):

For a complete three pole circuit breaker, the noise level in point A is the sum of each pole noise level : La = Lp(1) + Lp(2) + Lp(3) = 3xLp.

Considering the decibel scale, La(dB) = 10xlog(3xLp) = 10xlog(3) + Lp(dB) = 4,7712 + Lp(dB)

Lp( three pole circuit breaker) = Lp (single pole) + 5

按照DIN 45635第5.1条，完整的3相断路器噪声水平应该是之前的结果加上5dB：
