ABSTRACT

Intelligent community system is the inevitable trend of village management

mode at present, but because the domestic intelligent community system is still in an initial stage and the definition and standard of intelligent community system is not mature.This paper is an intensive research to intelligentized system of modern residential community.The research to the system are through realized forms of intelligentized system constructions and integrations of subsystem.The researches have important significance for owner、exploiturer of real estate and designer of construction.It can provides matting for future standard of intelligentized system and perfect theoretic system.

The researchful objects in this paper include: peripheral security systems, video

intercom, patrol management system, the entrance guard system, parking management system, family security alarm system, remote meter-reading subsystem, lightning protection system, emergency radio and background music system, Residential property management computer system.
