[摘要] 跨越式科学发展是广西在新的历史起点上的一个重大战略选择。所谓跨越式发展,指在一定历史条件下,落后者对先行者走过的某个发展阶段的一种超常规的跨越行为,这种跨越是通过把握并遵循经济社会发展的客观规律,以更短的时间、更低的成本,迈入更高的发展阶段。它更注重发展质量与层次的提高,既注重经济上的提升,还注重社会发展水平的提升。实现富民强桂新跨越必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以科学发展为主题,以转变经济发展方式为主线,力争实现经济发展阶段的跨越,实现由传统产业向现代产业的跨越,实现由高投入、高能耗、高污染向资源节约型、环境友好型的跨越。

Abstract: The leaps and bounds of scientific development in Guangxi in the new historical starting point of a major strategic choice. So-called leaps and bounds, under certain historical conditions, an unconventional across the behavior of those left behind through a pioneer stages of development, this leap is to grasp and follow the objective laws of economic and social development, shorter time, lower costs, into a higher stage of development. Pay more attention to the quality of development and the improvement of the level, not only focus on economic improvement, but also pay attention to the upgrading of the level of social development.
