烟台南山皇冠假日酒店消防生命安全检查报告

烟台南山皇冠假日酒店 Yantai Nanshan Crowne Plaza hotel 消防生命安全检查测试报告 Fire life safety system inspection & testing issues 2009-01-14 Jan.14.2009

根据IHG防火安全标准，并结合2009年01月12日和13日对烟台南山皇冠假日酒店消防生命安全系统检查和测试后发现的问题，RJA列出以下要点，必须在开业前整改完毕：According to IHG Fire Life Safety Standards, based on the site FLS inspection findings on Jan.12 and 13.2008, RJA list the fire issues which should be finished before hotel opening as following:

1. 酒店内所有强弱电线槽内未封堵，部分强弱电井穿楼板未封堵；The inner of wire

bridge are not properly sealed, some of vertical penetrations are not properly sealed.

2. 整个酒店的1F-3F的塔楼部分和裙房部分无带蓄电池的应急照明，应确保公共区域

的所有疏散通道，楼梯间，走廊，餐饮场所，公共区域，员工区，厨房，宴会厅，会议室，机房须有应急照明（均须接入柴油发电机，且还需有90min蓄电池供电或接入EPS电源）；There has no battery supply emergency lighting on 1F to 3F, The egress routes, stairwell, corridors, F&B outlets, public assembly areas, staff areas, kitchens, banquet facilities, ME plant rooms must be connected to the generator power. All the area above should also have battery lights or EPS;

3. 裙房所有安全出口的防火门上不能设锁；All the lock at the exit fire doors should be

removed in podium building;

4. 所有首层直通室外的门（除大堂外）应安装机械推杆锁；All the exit doors direct to

outside on the ground floor besides the lobby area need to be added panic push bar;

5. 厨房ANSUL动作后应能自动切断煤气；The gas supply should be cut off while

ANSUL system activated;

6. 30F的喷淋泵出水管应设DN100mm 的回水管到消防接力水箱，回水管上安装流

量计，并且在30F喷淋泵出水管上设电接点压力表接到泵控柜，压力下降20%时，自动启动主泵；Should install the return pipe to the transfer water tank on 30F, and install the direct read flow on the pipe. Add a pressure switch shall auto-start the main pump at a drop of system pressure not more than 20%;

7. B1F员工厨房与走道之间应设甲级防火门分隔，且防火门应开向疏散方向；The

kitchen in B1 floor should be separated from corridor by Class A fire door, and the fire door should be opened to egress direction.

8. 整个酒店的火灾报警联动关系应按IHG标准，应满足一点联动。而且还须满足，客

房烟感动作后须延时3min联动；The AFA system cause & effect matrix should meet to the IHG standard, and should effected due to one point, there should 3mins delay while guestroom smoke detector activated;

9. 所有厨房内烟感或温感须为独立带编码地址型；All the detectors at kitchen area

should have address in AFA system.

10. 设备层，强弱电井，机房的探测器罩子应移除，安素喷嘴橡皮罩子应移除；All the

detector covers in refuge floor, electric shaft and ME room should be removed, also the cover of ANSUL nozzles;

11. 设备层，所有厨房，楼梯间的防火门上闭门器缺失或损坏的应安装；All the fire doors

besides should be installed or recovered with self closing latch on refuge floor, kitchens and staircase;

12. 楼梯间内消防阀门应加锁并有开闭状态指示牌；The valve of fire protection system

in the staircase should be locked and indicated open-closed state;

13. 楼梯间内较低的梁应做防撞保护；the lower beam in staircase should be protected

by soft material;

14. 柴油发电机频率未达到50HZ，不能供消防泵负载，柴油发电机排烟道漏烟；The

frequency of generator can’t achieve 50HZ, not be able to supply fire pump, the concrete smoke shaft has leakages;

15. 东楼梯间内中区正压送风机线路故障；The pressurization fan at the middle area in

east staircase is trouble;

16. 2F中餐厅区域应增设一套手报和声光报警；Should add one suit of fire alarm and

push station in Chinese restaurant on 2F;

17. 所有消火栓箱应有标志；All the fire hydrant box should have sign;

18. 1#消防泵止回阀装反，四层湿式报警阀间外减压阀故障，高二区湿式报警阀末端放

水无法启泵；The check valve of No.1 hydrant pump installed with wrong direction, The reduce valve of 4F fire sprinkler alarm valve is trouble, the fire sprinkler alarm

valve is trouble in No.2 high area;

19. 客房喷头不是快速响应型，应为3MM的玻璃泡，此条可维持现状至下次酒店重新

装修；The sprinkler in guestroom isn’t fast response type, The glass should be 3mm, this can be kept existing state till next decoration;

20. 缺烟感的部位：Missing smoke detectors: 1F裙房扶梯下方的房间，2F追光室，

2F多功能厅化妆间，46F新加的空调机房，游泳池休息区旁边的一个房间，水疗中心的小办公室；

21. 缺喷淋的部位：Missing sprinklers: 桑拿房（141℃），1F裙房扶梯下方的房间，

1F塔楼电话机房隔断房间，1F塔楼IT机房隔断房间，2FAV室同声传译，2F多功能厅化妆间；

22. 缺广播的部位：Missing emergency speakers: 47F公共卫生间，桑拿区域内（加

装2只），按摩房走道区域，3F裙房所有包间，B1F～3F所有的公共厨房和员工厨房，1F塔楼电话机房隔断房间，1F塔楼IT机房隔断房间，1F裙楼前台办公室及总出纳室，B1办公区域各个办公室，46F新加的空调机房；
