摘 要

本设计主要介绍了双齿辊破碎机的发展历史、组成及工作原理,在分析煤炭工业及煤炭工业的行业背景的基础上,了解了现代双齿辊破碎机在煤矿行业应用时主要存在的技术问题和不足。根据这些问题和不足之出发而设计了本双齿辊破碎机。

本设计首先确定了设计方案,主要采用带传动加二级圆柱齿轮减速器减速,由于传动系统简单,这就保证了传动的稳定性,同时在破碎辊齿方面也进行了改进,在破碎盘上加装了破碎锥,所以破碎效果更好,不会产生过粉尘现象,其次就是加装了一套退让装置,退让装置是由弹簧和齿轮桥机构组成的,这样就可以很好的补偿大块物料进入破碎箱时齿辊产生的位移。

ABSTRACT
