普通式双柱汽车举升机设计
摘 要
汽车举升机设计是汽车修理设备设计的重要内容。普通式双柱举升机设计主要包括举升装置的设计、立柱的设计、支撑机构的设计、平衡机构的设计及保险机构的设计。其中举升装置的设计和平衡机构的设计是最关键的内容,直接影响汽车举升机的动力性和经济性的好坏,可以说立柱设计的好坏是决定举升机设计好坏的一项重要内容。本次普通式双柱汽车举升机设计主要是利用已给的数据对举升机进行了选择,利用汽车举升机设计的基本知识和实物测量对该举升机各总成的总体布置进行设计,根据汽车举升机的强度刚度分析与验算并进行相关的动力性、经济性和安全性计算以检验设计的合理性。通过本次毕业设计,充分了解和掌握了汽车举升机设计的步骤和方法,为我们以后毕业从事汽车行业设计的工作打下基础。

ABSTRACT
